PRAISE THE LORD!!!!

I had another PET scan done this past Monday - my radiologist (from a different hospital) wanted an updated one before I begin radiation & my oncologist said ok.

He called me today to say that not only has the cancer NOT spread, the chemo has also eradicated the cancerous cells that were on my subpectoral lymph nodes (they run down the center of our bodies in between our breasts)! After finding hearing that there was so much cancer still found in the axillary lymph nodes (under the armpit), I am so glad to hear that it's gone from the subpectoral lymph nodes. *Happy Dance* :-D

The radiologist said he will still use radiation to that area, but at a smaller dosage.

More on radiation soon....hopefully tonight.
