Proper Sleep - It is very important to have a proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Those who do not take proper sleep in their regular routine have to suffer a lot because of various health problems. So, one should take a proper sleep as it prepares the body to repair itself and maintains the overall health of a person. Also, people who do not sleep properly have a high chance of suffering from many problems such as blood pressure, inflammation. These type of people also have high chances of suffering from stroke or heart attack. If a person is having a problem in taking a sound sleep then he must get his checkup done to get rid of this problem.

Good Dental Health - The dental health of a person is an indication of his heart health. Studies have found that those who do not maintain a good dental health have high chances of suffering from heart diseases. This is because gums in the teeth can clog arteries and hence hinder the flow of blood through them. All this results in the increase in C-reactive protein which results in the inflammation of the blood vessels.

Exercise and Eat Healthy Fat - Exercising the body is very important for the heart and the overall health. Also, there should only be an intake of healthy fats and no trans fats. One must remove the processed fats in the form of fast foods from his diet. Trans fats increase the bad cholesterol (LDL) which is not good for the proper functioning of our heart. Also, while working in his office or at home, a person moves his body regularly. Sitting throughout the day in your place can lead to a blood clot which leads to severe problems such as heart disease.

Avoid Smoking - One must refrain from indulging in activities as well as passive smoking. It has been found that people who smoke or have exposure to tobacco smoke have higher chances of having a poor cardiovascular health. The smoke of cigarettes leads to the buildup of plaque in the arteries and cause many heart problems. Smoking is extremely dangerous for those who have problems related to blood pressure and high blood cholesterol.

Eat Spirulina Powder - Spirulina intake helps in lowering of LDL and ensures an increase in the good cholesterol. One can reduce the chances of heart diseases by taking spirulina powder as it helps in lowering bad cholesterol and triglycerides.
