What tools do you use to track your goals?

Last week we asked how you’re progressing with your 2013 Goals. Today we want to check in and remind you to set a daily check in time. How’s it going? Have you made steps toward following through on your goals? Have you scheduled a weekly time to check in?

This weeks tip is to find a daily tracking tool that works for you

  • How do you track your day and goals?
  • Share your tools.
  • Ask your friends and family to share what works for them?
  • Is is an app? Is it pen and paper?

“Christi at MyLifeLine.org loves Mindbloom.  It’s like a game for your to-do list. It helps me stay on track and gives me inspirational reminders.”

We’d love to hear what tools you use to stay on track! Please share! You can share on FacebookTwitter (use #MLLCommunity), or by commenting below. We hope to hear from you!

#MLLCommunity- How are you progressing with your 2013 goals?

Last week we asked you to share what your goals are for 2013. Today we want to check in. How’s it going? Have you made steps toward following through on your goals?

This weeks writing idea is to set a weekly day to check in with yourself. Set a standard time to sit and reflect on your goals and how you’re progressing.

Tips for following through:

  • Add your check-in date as a recurring event on your Calendar. Check the box to send yourself a reminder.
  • Find an app to send you notifications.
  • Encourage a family member or close friend to remind you and hold you accountable.
  • If your goals are lofty, take small steps to change your habits.
