My Story

Last updated: Saturday, March 29, 2014

Welcome to my new website!  I hope it will somehow inspire you and me to embrace life and continue to live and create.  I am an artist, painting, and working in clay.  In January of 2012, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer.  Since then, I had a Lumpectomy.  I even named the Lump, irreverently, \"Sponge Bob\".

Last week was my first Chemo treatment and so far, it\'s not been bad at all!  The Sedona, Arizona Cancer Center is awesome!!   Everyone is so kind and helpful.  It was so much fun trying on the wigs and scarves.  I really appreciate those who stitched the little night caps; they are so cute, reminding me of \"Little House on the Prairie\".

This Cancer thing is going to be an has been already!  But, I believe it is to give me experience and shall be good for the development of my soul.

You can see what I\'m painting at:  Here you can also purchase prints and original artwork.

All paintings & written items on this site are copywrited by Karlene Voepel.
