I hate my back right now :P
Early this week things were going quite well. My therapist said my back is healing just like it should, and he started to give me some strength exercises to start trying to get back to normal.
Everything was good for two days then yesterday as I was walking onto the elevator my back gave out, and then it happened again as I was heading out from work. I tried to keep just using my cane, but had to go back to using the walker again today.
The therapist did warn me that this could happen, so he told me to just switch back to doing stretches until it gets better then I can do the strength exercises again.
Arrrggg, it's just so frustrating that it takes so long to get better, but at least it is getting better.
